You can have great teeth but still have gum disease. Gum disease is the number one reason for tooth loss. By seeing a dentist regularly you can avoid gingivitis and gum disease. If you do currently have gingivitis your dentist can do a deep cleaning and help you get back to having health teeth and gums.
