Benefits (In-Network or Out-of-Network): This is the amount that the insurance company will pay for dental services under the policy contract.
- In-Network Benefits: These are those covered by the Contract and performed by the insurance company plan providers.
- Out-of-Network Benefits: These are those covered by the Contract but performed by a Non-plan provider.
